With 17+ years of experience in program design, education, and event management blending from volunteer and professional roles and a global network (27+ countries), Nokmany brings exceptional expertise to the Element & Partners. Her work in Laos, ASEAN, Australia, and Japan includes managing over 200+ impactful projects (generating over $1.3 million in funding) and creating innovative educational materials on diverse topics (debates, human trafficking, international laws, youth leadership). Adept at concept development, proposal writing, project management, M&E, CSR, and high-level stakeholder engagement (facilitation, moderation, interviewing), she ensures clients receive top-tier tailored consulting solutions with unapparelled access to global best practices, resources and expertise that meet the highest international standards.

Over the last 12 years, Thepmala has led and contributed to a number of education and training programs. She led a team of 50 people, secured grants to implement more than 10 impactful local projects, and managed international conferences and programs of nearly 200 people within the Asian Region. She has established a strong partnership with experts and young leaders from over 20 countries through international programs and scholarships. Thepmala has enriched her dynamic experiences in capacity building, law, health, business administration, and project management. Her expertise in strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation ensures impactful results and best addresses the needs of clients.
With over five years of diverse experience, Leo is a results-driven professional specializing in legal research, translation, project management, youth empowerment, and skills development. His career has equipped him with a robust foundation in legal consulting, having spent two years advising private sector clients on law amendments and enhancing business practices. Additionally, Leo possess three years of expertise as a professional MC in both Lao and English, which has refined his communication skills in diverse and dynamic environments. Leo's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through two years of experience in building startups focused on the distribution of consumable products and sportswear in Vientiane Capital. This role has provided him valuable insights into business development and strategic planning. Leo's multifaceted background allows him to offer a unique perspective on legal and business matters, positioning him as an adaptable leader ready to drive growth and innovation in the role of Director of Legal and Business Development.
